Comprehensive Commerce Suite (CCS), a feature rich, fully integrated, e-commerce and fulfillment software application. CCS is actually a 2 piece system comprised of "CCS Fulfillment" and "CCS Web;" working together it is referred to as "CCS Complete."
While CCS can be sold as separate entities, the software truly shines when they work as one. Using secure internet communications, both systems communicate in real time with each other yet are sophisticated enough to queue data transmissions should their virtual network link be unavailable. We call this unique and incredibly powerful feature, "Truly Integrated Commerce."
What this "Truly Integrated Commerce" feature means, is that pricing updates in the fulfillment system are immediately available on the web. Changes in inventory (quantities, related items, etc.) are instantly replicated to the website. Likewise, any orders placed on the web are instantly sent into CCS Fulfillment committing the requested available inventory for that customer. This integration holds true whether the two systems are across town, across the state or country, or even across the ocean.
