Order Entry
Whether your company takes orders via a web shopping cart system, through an in-house call center via scripted/prompted customer interaction, or by some combination of both - CCS Fulfillment has been designed to handle all forms of order processing through a single software application. A true perpetual inventory system provides the foundation for accurate inventory control. Managers and users alike are informed immediately in the case of backordered stock while quantities are committed in real-time as they are ordered. Discounts to item pricing may be applied based on either quantity price breaks, product grouping, or by a customer discount percentage. Shipping items to multiple destinations on a single order is supported. CCS Fulfillment also features the ability to enter multiple methods of payments to a customer's order and real-time credit card authorizations happen at the time of the order thereby reducing follow up time required of customer service personnel. The order entry module also doubles as an integrated merchandise return/exchange system thereby simplifying the returns process. Adjustments may also be applied to the order in the form of redeemed credit slips, refund checks, coupons, gift certs, and balance due payments.

Customer Service
Extensive customer history is available through CCS Fulfillment's easy to use customer management screens. Intuitive organization and sorting options exist to allow operators to quickly locate, track, and process customer order information while notes may be entered/tracked by date and user in a rich text format. Emails may also be generated directly from the customer service screens to keep lines of communication open and costs down. Multiple ship to addresses, accounting, and emailing/mailing preferences are just a few of the many other options available through this module.
Inventory Control Management
Inventory items and kits are defined through this portion of the CCS Fulfillment suite. It supports multiple warehouse facilities and multiple bin locations when managing inventory. Stock can even be shared between multiple ownership divisions providing accurate real-time visibility from within each location. Quantities are maintained through receiving/adjustments and stock is released to backordered merchandise once it becomes available. CCS Fulfillment also provides a mechanism for tracking returned merchandise so that cost and quantity visibility is never lost. Note: Costing of inventory is done based on the FIFO (first in first out) method.
Purchasing
The purchasing system allows for the entry and maintenance of vendor purchase orders to facilitate stock replenishment and/or customer dropship processing. CCS Fulfillment allows your business to control inventory levels by providing detailed reports outlining items at or below their minimum stock warning levels while providing a simple, yet robust entry and receiving interface. Important sales, demand, catalog, and purchase history are all readily available to the operators entering these orders. Options for faxing, printing, and emailing POs also exist in the CCS system along with complete tracking and visibility. Purchase order receipts can be easily allocated to open backorders while cost/freight adjustments can be performed as required. All changes in inventory quantities and costs are fully tracked in the FIFO costing layers. Note: Integrations with third party inventory/purchasing systems are also available. This can allow companies using CCS Fulfillment to retain their customized system(s) without abandoning the mechanisms that are proven to work for them.

Order Fulfillment
System generated order picking/packing reports streamline the overall warehouse order packaging process. Sophisticated algorithms are used to increase productivity by organizing items according to picking bin location and to the warehouse they are committed. CCS Fulfillment makes it possible for personnel to make a single pass through the warehouse to pick orders available for shipment at that time. Shipping and manifesting is provided through interfaces with shipping systems such as Shiptec and UPS Worldship.
Catalog/Campaign Management
The cataloging system is comprised of a set of modules that allow for the definition, maintenance, and price definition of customer campaigns. A comprehensive collection of reports exist to detail the performance of source codes, their campaigns, as well as item analysis by square inch.
Reporting
Multiple divisional sales and order tracking by division are an inherent part of the CCS Fulfillment system. This allows sales reporting to be broken down by company division if desired. By segregating the inventory into product groups, the system attributes sales and adjustments to their proper general ledger accounts for ease of exporting and/or reporting. Note: Reports are generated via Crystal Reports and CCS Fulfillment users can choose from a comprehensive set of pre-existing reports, have Abison create customized reports based on specific business requirements, or else choose to design their own reports.
