Here at Abison, our Fulfillment Software specialists have each been in the multi-channel marketing industry for at least 15 years. Our ecommerce developers and consultants have been developing and supporting CCS Web, along with other web based business applications, for more than 10 years each. Our goal is to share our experience and knowledge in an effort to help you grow and succeed.
Carrying over that desire to utilize our resources for your needs, another key goal at Abison is building relationships. We neither currently, nor in the past, have felt our purpose as a company was to sell software. While it is easy to simply sell software and move on to the next sale, our goal is much larger. Our support model is to prevent the fires and keep them from doing damage. While everything is unpredictable, especially with software development, we do our best to predict client needs and design our software accordingly.
Support involves the broad spectrum of identifying a problem's origin and then define the priority in which it needs to be resolved. This system has become the heart of our operation. It is used to track all of our clients' needs, the work performed on each task, and allows us to rank them appropriately to insure the most critical needs are met first.
Does this mean you are not allowed to call for support? Certainly not, we handle support with our clients a variety of ways including phone, instant messenger and email. However, we have found the most streamlined and efficient way of providing support is through the project system. This method makes certain the Abison team member most suited to resolve your issue will see it and promptly address it. The project system also passes each task by the eyes of multiple staff members to further insure our clients' needs are met. It is important to note that clients with paid Annual Support Agreements will always receive priority. Clients with active Annual Support Agreements needing after hours or weekend support must submit their need through the project system as a critical so that the appropriate on-call support staff member is notified; they will respond promptly.
